Our story.
In 2018, we were established in our careers, leading teams towards ambitious goals in high-stakes environments. We had confidence in our methods— until we didn’t. The leadership theories, TED talks, and podcasts fell short when it came to translating theory into practice. We knew what was expected of us, but not how to get there, leaving us overwhelmed and isolated.
Then we met.
Together, we flipped our script on leadership. We put building genuine connection, emotional intelligence, leading authentically from our values, making space for innovation and creativity - and the vulnerability that comes with that - at the heart of our leadership model. We quickly discovered we were building teams that not only delivered the best impact, but teams alive with new ideas and that people were eager to be part of.
Between us we have over 20 years’ experience building and leading teams that deliver incredible outcomes. We hate the term ‘soft skills’ - there is nothing soft about leading teams that achieve the top results in your organisation and have incredible passion for what they do.
We’re not your typical corporate types. No stiff suits or buzzwords - just proven experience leading teams to great outcomes.
We don’t take ourselves too seriously. We make learning and leadership fun. We’re here to share our experience and expertise, laugh and cry with you and inspire you to have the courage to lead differently.
