REFUND POLICY
Due to the digital nature of all products, all sales are final. There are no refunds available.
The Customer understands that payments made for Lead the Room are not refundable. Services are considered rendered at the time of payment, as the course content and digital products have been delivered instantly upon payment.
30 DAY EXCEPTION:
If you have gone through the course and can show proof that you implemented everything taught and the course still did not work for you, please email us at hello@leadtheroom.co.uk to hear your options.
TERMS OF SERVICE

By using this Site and with access to the Course, you accept these terms and conditions in full and without reservation. CODE OF CONDUCT
1. The products and services provided will usually include reading material, actions to be taken, personal reflection and engagement with others.
2. To get the best from the products and services it is important that the customer completes the reading, actions and personal reflection in advance of any interactions with the Supplier such as mentoring/coaching sessions.
3. If information or other material or work is requested in advance of meetings/sessions this should be provided to the Supplier at the time requested to enable the Supplier to assimilate and prepare for the meeting.
4. Failure by the customer to comply with the above is likely to reduce the impact or effect of the product or services.
5. When meetings, either in person or virtually, take place either with a member of staff or other customer of the Supplier, the following rules of conduct shall apply:
a. All others will be treated with respect and courtesy;
b. We endeavour to listen to one another;
c. No offensive language will be tolerated;
d. No disruptive behaviour will be tolerated;
e. Some work involves group work in which participants disclose/provide information. Any information disclosed or discussed shall under no circumstances be communicated to anyone outside the group working together. Any information disclosed or disclosed shall under no circumstances be discussed between other members of the group unless by agreement;
f. Please note the terms and conditions that apply to any breach of this code of conduct;
g. The Supplier is UK based and the terms and conditions are subject to the laws of England and Wales. All communications and interactions must therefore comply with the Equality legislation and laws of England and Wales even where customers are based in other countries and jurisdictions;
h. If those working in other jurisdictions need interactions to comply with laws of that jurisdiction then they will need to inform the Supplier of these to ensure, so far as is possible compliance with those laws.
